Resort offers a super tranquil setting right at the beach with a restaurant and basic but clean and comfortable bungalows. The price value was grear, although we opted for the fan bungalow and no breakfast included. Which brings me to the restaurant...the breakfast there and also the meals on the menu are absolutely overpriced. There is way cheaper options right next to it or on the beach. They even refused to fill up my water. They have a water dispenser there, but guests are not allowed to refill bottles. They have to buy for money. They only give two bottles per bungalow a day. I said to them that this is not very sustainable and that I refuse to produce more plastic garbage...but they remained strict and said I have to buy water or be happy with the two small bottles I get. The way around was to ask for hot water, since there is no kettle in the bungalow...strangely that was no problem and I saved at least 15 plastic bottles because of that. Secondly, the resort was empty....so I kindly asked if we could stay in our bungalow until 1 instead of 11...however, it was impossible and they refused...which I see no reason why. On a good note...my partner had migrane and they provided some medicine and bought us more from the pharmacy. Out bungalow had no night lamp right next to the bwd, which menat either full lights on or darkness. The beach in front of the hotel is the best in my eyes. A little shallow during low tide...and pretty warm...but very empty and the sand is so fine it makes sound when you walk on it. It is just so relaxing to just sit and stare at the sea. So, overall a nice, relaxing, pleasant stay with some little hiccups that could be improved. I would return anyways.

.the location is incredible… definitely the best beach on the island, it’s quiet and very beautiful! .the swimming pool is an added bonus! it’s clean and very refreshing. .we’ve loved it here so much, we’re staying an extra 6 nights!!! .the gypsy bar right next door on the beach is such an asset to the hotel… it makes up for the very poor breakfast the hotel offers. the gypsy bar serves the most beautiful curry’s, breakfasts, lunches and drinks.. all at a great price. it has such a lovely vibe. watching sun set from the gypsy bar is a long lasting memorable experience. .the bungalow was kept clean and beds made every day! we’re English and there was no kettle!!! staff were no help.. so we brought a cheap kettle from Marks supermarket just up the road for equivalent £8, it was a life saver!!! . be mindful of the sandflies on the beach at dawn and dusk! it’s like having a case of shingles if you get a few bites.. the health centre by the pier has antihistamines and cream which works amazingly. .we loved the garden and the crazy noisy birds, it’s possibly a bird watchers paradise. .for a great coffee and gorgeous croissants (made that morning) La baguette is a must visit. ….. over all we loved the place once we had our kettle and meals at the gypsy bar.

Nice resort right on beautiful beach. There's rather a lot of huts so I'm not sure what it's like in peak season, but it was quiet while we were there. We were lucky enough to have the hut closest to the beach and it really is like paradise looking out - The sea water and the beach are simply bliss. The hut was clean and bed hard, but comfortable enough. We liked the bedside lamps which I think were made from coconut shells. There is a dressing table area which I used for my laptop. There was also a spare single bed which we put our suitcases on but would be ideal if bringing a child. The swimming pool was nice too, but I prefer to swim in the sea. The balcony also has a bed on it which is nice for an afternoon nap if you don't need to go inside and put the air con on. The room is made up each day unless you request otherwise. I think this is a good location for families with young children. I liked that they didn't play music from the bar or restaurant which a lot of resorts do whether you like it or not. I prefer to hear the birds unless it's my choice to hear music.

This was a great spot for a relaxing little vacay. We stayed in a cottage with air con because of the super hot weather. It was a comfy and cozy room that was kept very tidy. The location was perfect as it was right on the beach. The pool made for a nice option when the tide went too far out for an ocean swim.

Relaxed, clean and tidy environment. Bungallows clean, everything working as it should. Cleaning every day Pictures correspond to reality Pool clean and working. Environment is maintened properly. Very quiet place, no any noise. Hotel based on the beach, which, in my opinion, is the best on Koh Phayam
